No. For Basic and Moderate plans, NoteKar operates entirely on WhatsApp and our simple mobile app. You do not need any computers. Only the Advance plan offers desktop portal access for complex stock and multi-user configurations.
Yes, it is 100% safe. NoteKar does not use unofficial scripts to automate messages to your customers. All credit follow-ups, QR codes, and greeting offers are routed through your personal phone sharing intents (deep linking) inside our Flutter app. The Meta account we host only processes messages between you and our AI assistant.
Our self-hosted speech recognition assistant is custom-trained natively on Indian accents to parse business intent accurately. Even in noisy mandi or market environments, accuracy stays above 90%.
